Here’s an example of what your child might receive — a beautifully illustrated letter filled with stories, fun facts and activities about a new country. Each one is designed to spark curiosity and make learning feel like an adventure. They’ll also receive a learning passport sheet to track their discoveries. Plus a craft and a recipe card inspired by the country for hands on fun!
What age group is Letter Quests for?
Our letters are designed for children aged 5 – 11 years, however, they can be enjoyed by younger ones with a little help from an adult, and older children who love exploring, reading and crafting.
How often will my child receive a letter?
Letters are posted once a month after your monthly payment has been cleared.
Do I need to buy more letters if I have more than one child?
Each subscription includes one craft activity. If you’d like all you children to join in, you can add extra craft packs for just £4 per month so nobody misses out on the fun.
Can I try Letter Quests before before subscribing?
Yes! you can purchase a one-off letter or a previous letter. It’s a great way to experience the magic before committing.
Is this suitable for home education?
Absolutely. Letter Quests combines Geography, culture, storytelling, reading and hands on creativity, making it a wonderful supplement to home learning. Many families use is as part of their home education routine.
Do I need lots of extra materials for the craft?
No. We provide almost everything you need inside the pack. Occasionally you’ll need basic items you’ll already have at home, like scissors or glue.
Can I give Letter Quests as a gift?
Yes! Letter Quests makes a perfect present. You can choose to send the subscription directly to the child, or to yourself and you can gift it to them.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
You can cancel or pause your subscription at anytime through the emails we send you. Alternatively, you can message us on socials or email us hello@letterquests.com and we can take care of that for you.
Where do you deliver?
We currently post to the uk and most of Europe, Australia and New Zealand. We are looking at expanding further in the future. Please message us if your destination isn’t on the list, we may be able to help with this.
When will I receive my letter?
Delivery can take 1 – 4 weeks depending on the postal service and any customs processing. We always post letters as soon as possible so your little explorers don’t have to wait too long for their adventure!
